Myer Brigs type Indicator has wide coverage to know personality / trait of an individual. Its consist of 16 type personalities .Each type identifies person as whole. We assess it on paper and pencil and online. It consist of 93 questions.
Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation- Behavior has three interpersonal needs Inclusion , Control and Affection.It also describes how much each need is expressed by you or wanted by you. It can help you understand your behavior and the behavior of others in your oragnisation (Interpersonal skills) . FIRO- B results helps in planning Career Development, increase in Job Satisfaction, Improve effectiveness on teams, Identify the strengths & weakness of your Leadership style. However, it has limited role in Career Development, Job Satisfaction. We assess it on paper and pencil and online. It consist of 54 questions.
It helps in hiring and selection of candidates . Person Job Fit , Personality and includes Big 5 factors ( Extroversion, Anxiety, Tough mindedness, Independence and Self control. Its used at the time of Recruitment, Training & Development and in depth Personality Analysis of Individual. We evaluate pencil and paper as well as on online. It consist of 3 pages and 15 dichotomies.
It tells multiple nature and intelligence of an Individual. it consist of 102 questions. We evaluate pencil & paper test only. It tells about personal potential, suitable occupation one can choose by showing his/her interest.

It provides 24 pages Report.
The questionnaire is based Dr. Jose Stevans. Its tells about 7 type personality ( Scholar, King, Server, Priest, Warrior, Sage, Artisans) . It contains 8 pages report and 7 groups each group has 14- 15 questions . Its tells personality of an Individual. We evaluate this tool pencil & paper as well as online.
There is a growing interest in the concept of emotional intelligence (El).
